A leading energy solutions company in Tijuana is seeking a Program Manager to own the full product development life cycle for custom rechargeable batteries. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and ensure customer requirements are met. With over 7 years of experience in program management, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, you will lead projects from concept to launch and drive compliance with quality standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in New Product Development (NPD/NPI).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
