Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Monterrey seeks a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions from development through production ramp. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to define processes, tooling, work instructions, and PFMEA, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing/NPI, strong APQP and DFAM experience, and fluency in English; Creo/SolidWorks and AutoCAD skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in manufacturing/NPI roles.
Experience owning product launches and manufacturing readiness from development to ramp.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, and process capability.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions from development to full production.
Develop processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for launches.
Conduct DFAM/DFM evaluations and drive lean improvements across cross-functional teams.
