Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced senior backend-focused software engineer to join a rapidly growing team. You will contribute to challenging projects, building high-quality applications that scale and perform in a multi-tenant, data-rich environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with front-end and AI-assisted development, and delivering robust API services while aligning with client needs and business hours across the US market.

Formación

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SDK integrations to other services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments.
• Comfortable writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations.
• Professional experience with React.
• Strong testing practices with integration tests against real databases.
• Experience with AI coding assistants as part of daily development.
• CI/CD application creation and maintenance skills.
• Solid understanding of full stack development; capable of frontend work when needed.
• Background with large, complex systems.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
