Bluelight Consulting is seeking a senior backend-focused software engineer to join our growing team in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will work on scalable APIs and data services, collaborating with frontend teams and clients across the US and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Secure multi-tenant environments and raw SQL with migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality backend services and APIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with frontend and client teams across the US and LATAM.
• Implement secure, scalable multi-tenant architectures.
• Lead testing, integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
