Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced backend-focused software developer in Mexico to join our growing team. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS to build high-performance APIs, secure multi-tenant systems, and scalable data models.

This role offers flexible hours, remote work, and a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute across frontend as needed and to grow with a diverse client base.

Formación

• 5+ years professional software development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB including Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience building secure multi-tenant environments.
• Proficient in raw SQL and schema migrations (node-postgres, node-pg-migrate).
• Professional experience with React.
• Strong testing practices including integration tests against real databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
