A leading technology firm in Mexico is seeking a Consultant to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience and knowledge of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite. The role involves understanding customer processes, driving satisfaction, and creating solutions to optimize client investments. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Guadalajara.

Formación

• 3-4 years consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer.
• Finance and/or Accounting professional and/or academic background a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value.
• Drive a high degree of satisfaction and reference ability.
• Understand customer business processes.
