SCIGON seeks a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to modernize legacy systems and migrate a critical platform. You will bridge ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX), VB.NET, SQL Server, React, and .NET Core/.NET in a hands-on, leadership-driven role.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience guiding teams through organizational and technical change while ensuring data integrity and security across deployments.

Formación

• Proven full-stack development across legacy and modern Microsoft stacks.
• Hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, React, and .NET Core/.NET.

Responsabilidades

• Support, maintain, and enhance existing ASP.NET Web Forms and VB.NET applications.
• Analyze legacy apps and define modernization strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead migrations from legacy Microsoft technologies to modern architectures using React and .NET Core/.NET.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and security during modernization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver sustainable fixes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across modernization initiatives.
• Promote best practices, coding standards, and maintainable design.
• Support change management and smooth transitions from legacy processes.
