Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with an AI foundation to build reliable systems and influence solution architecture within a quality-driven team. You will design scalable services, review code, and drive best practices.

You will work with .NET, C#, SQL, Azure and AWS to deliver well-tested software, steer technical decisions, mentor peers, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, estimates and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional .NET development experience.
Hands-on C# and enterprise application experience.
Cloud experience with Azure and AWS.
Familiarity with EF/Dapper/ADO.NET.
Strong unit testing discipline and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable, resilient software solutions aligned with goals.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Contribute to architecture discussions and steer project results.
Evaluate teammates’ code and share constructive feedback.
Coach junior developers and strengthen technical confidence.
Assist with planning, scope definitions, and timeline estimates.
Stay informed on industry changes and adopt useful practices.
Document key technical decisions to improve maintainability.
Work with stakeholders to define requirements and validate outcomes.
