Delinea in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Iris AI to design, build, and operate cloud services powering AI features. You’ll own backend services in C#/.NET, Python, and Go, leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, and LLM platforms to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.

You will contribute from inference to evaluation, collaborating with product and platform teams, applying disciplined software engineering practices, and shaping the future of Delinea’s AI-powered security

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (inference, RAG, tool calling, or agents).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and verified outputs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and operating at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the cloud services that power Iris AI features.
• Implement LLM-powered capabilities across inference, retrieval, agents, and evaluation.
• Design event-driven, microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and other platform teams; participate in code and design reviews.
