Luxoft is seeking a Senior Murex Back-Office specialist to support Level 3 operational issues and collaborate with the global team in Mexico. You will manage day-to-day back-office workflows, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and contribute to requirements and enhancement deliveries for ongoing projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Murex BO modules, MxML, Datamart, and SQL/Unix proficiency, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive timely resolutions

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level)
• Experience with pre-trade (MSL) and post-trade Murex workflows
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/Sybase) and Unix
• Solid understanding of Back-Office processes (middle-office, settlements, confirmations)
• Excellent problem-solving and client-focused mindset

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 support for Back-Office issues and escalate as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enable enhancements
• Develop requirements for streams and align with project needs
• Manage daily tasks to deliver support artifacts
• Contribute to support groups and resolve requests or issues
• Analyze and propose overall solutions per project deliverables
• Stay updated on new applications, upgrades, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
