Murex is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Integration team in Mexico, Estado de México. The role involves gathering project requirements, providing internal and external training, and supporting customers through the full product lifecycle. You will also create interfaces and work closely with the development team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, and a good understanding of financial markets. Experience in software development is a plus. Competitive benefits and a collaborative work environment are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in developing and supporting software is a big plus.
• Willingness to display flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment.
• XML and related suite of technologies (XSL, DOM).
• Java or C/C++.
• Relational Databases, Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle and Sybase preferred).
• Unix or Linux and Windows Operating systems.
• JavaScript or other scripting languages.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and confirm project requirements.
• Prepare reference for users and provide training.
• Advise on Murex best practices.
• Manage relationships with customers.
• Create interfaces from application suite to other applications.
• Support clients using integration tools and APIs.
• Define testing procedures and protocols.

Experience in software development and support

XML and related technologies

Java or C/C++

SQL (Oracle and Sybase preferred)

Unix or Linux and Windows

JavaScript or scripting languages

Advanced English
