Job summary

Mentoring junior staff and collaborating with engineering will be essential to resolving complex defects. The role requires 5–6 years of related experience, with a high school diploma; an AA degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
• Documenting, analyzing, and reporting quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
• Providing technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.
