Novartis is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing Capability Delivery to lead a cross-functional portfolio across Marketing Operations and transformation initiatives. The role partners with senior stakeholders to enable operational excellence, technology enablement, and scalable change at a global level.

You will build and coach a team, implement governance, and drive adoption of new capabilities and ways of working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, business transformation, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managers.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex portfolios within global matrix organizations.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of a portfolio of Marketing Operations initiatives.
• Establish Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management across programs and teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of manager-level professionals.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Marketing Operations and key functions.
• Drive change management, adoption of new capabilities, and stakeholder communications.
