HP in Guadalajara is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to develop ML models, analytics dashboards, and AI applications for marketing initiatives. You will work with marketing data platforms, clean data, build end-to-end models, and present insights to senior management.

Strong Python/SQL skills and experience with Databricks and cloud platforms are preferred. This full-time role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and a global tech environment.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, machine learning, statistical modeling, or applied AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience deploying models on Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Transform marketing questions into data science solutions and metrics.
• Develop models and dashboards to measure impact of marketing activities.
• Lead end‑to‑end ML techniques to answer key business questions.
