Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Solution Architect – Marketing Cloud Next to lead end-to-end migrations from legacy platforms to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud. You will own the solution blueprint, run discovery workshops, and ensure governance of subscriber data, consent, and journey logic across projects.

In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with the Technical Architect, Data Cloud Architect, and DevOps to deliver AI-ready, compliant customer platforms.

Qualifications

• Marketing Cloud Next capabilities including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Salesforce Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution and activation.
• Subscriber data model and consent architecture.
• Experience with legacy platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC Classic).
• Journey and campaign migration strategy and data validation.
• Email deliverability best practices and IP warm-up.
• APIs integration (Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP).
• Agile delivery with executive-level documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery workshops with client marketing, CRM, data, and compliance teams.
• Own the MC Next target architecture and data cloud integration design.
• Write the migration approach with wave sequencing and cutover plans.
• Define subscriber and consent migration strategy per GDPR/CAN-SPAM/POPI.
• Manage scope, design docs, UAT, and phase gates with sign-off.
• Advise on deliverability and post-migration strategy.
• Contribute to Migration Hub playbooks and accelerate pre-sales.
• Support solutioning and client-facing engagements.
