The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of related work experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an AA degree. The role emphasizes process optimization, mentoring junior technicians, and adherence to safety and quality regulations onsite.

• Ability to compile diagrams or reports on procedures and results.

Responsabilidades

• Compiles diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results.
• Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; follows standards.
• Reschedules tasks among technicians to cope with variances.
• Guides junior technicians on operation and maintenance; provides training.
