Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Or PhD with 3 years experience.
• Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
• Manages staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of staff.
• Ensures efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs.
• Acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
• Develops systems to maintain reports and records of company products.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
