The role requires directing test staff, coordinating staffing, training and performance reviews to maintain high levels of efficiency.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Electronics, at least five years in production/test management, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production/test management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Directs personnel and production test activities to meet norms and objectives.
• Manages staffing, training and development, and performance management.
• Develops departmental standards; reviews and approves test methods.
• Specifies tests to perform, compiles data and recommends changes to equipment or processes.
• Prioritizes schedules based on product introduction and manufacturing/engineering timelines.
