Industrias SL, S.A. de C.V. in Mexicali seeks a seasoned Labor Relations Manager to lead union and employee relations within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.

You will develop labor relations strategies, interpret CBAs, conduct investigations, and collaborate with operations leadership to sustain a productive workplace. A minimum of 7 years in labor/employee relations in manufacturing is required, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute labor relations strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations matters and employee concerns.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), where applicable.
• Lead grievance management processes, investigations, and dispute resolution efforts.
• Support negotiations with labor representatives and assist in collective bargaining activities.
• Maintain productive relationships with union representatives and workforce committees.
• Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations related to policy violations, employee complaints, and labor disputes.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Recommend corrective actions and risk mitigation plans when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor legal developments and advise leadership on labor-related risks and best practices.
• Partner with Legal and Human Resources teams to manage labor-related claims and audits.
• Maintain accurate labor relations documentation and reporting.
