You will provide technical expertise to the production team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional groups to balance lines and enhance quality and efficiency. The role emphasizes production process optimization, fixture design support, and implementing best practices while ensuring smooth production

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in manufacturing processes.
• Six Sigma certification or lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• ISO 9000 basic knowledge.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the manufacturing team.

• Production Standard Definition.
• Support Routing & Work Center Creation in SAP.
• Support the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support on Fixture Design & Fabrication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
