Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate, design and develop new product introduction plans under customer specs and sales requirements.

You will interact with Engineering and Sales to define, document, analyze, execute and interpret assembly and test requirements for products. Responsibilities include developing assembly/test strategies, applying quality tools, coordinating tool purchases for new products, PFMEA/APQP, ECOs, and leading cost-reduction projects

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Proactive, dynamic with analytical skills.
• English fluency.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in project management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop electrical assembly and testing strategies based on customer requirements.
• Use Ishikawa, Cause-Effect, Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto, Flowcharts, 5 Whys for problem solving.
• Coordinate with Receipt, Inspection, Warehouse, Production, Shipping for product issues.
• Develop PFMEA, APQP, Control Plan, DFM analysis, Test Documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and certifications maintenance.
• Prepare presentations for new and active clients.
