TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Production/Process Engineer in Hermosillo, Mexico. The role focuses on leading small to mid-sized projects and managing technical elements of production lines to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelors in Engineering with 5+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles is expected.
• Ability to work independently to solve problems with limited precedents.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics to drive improvements.
• Implement production process improvements and line balancing activities.
• Plan capacity based on operators, materials, and equipment availability.
• Identify factors affecting production performance and apply root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QE and Production teams to address customer complaints and prevent recurrence.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and gauges; document engineering changes and manufacturing layouts.
• Support new programs and equipment installation, including training and startup.
