Xideral is seeking a Senior Manager / Practice Lead to drive growth of an Adobe-focused technology practice from remote Mexico. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape MarTech architectures, and deliver transformation programs for enterprise clients.

Fluency in advanced English is required. Responsibilities include defining capabilities, building GTM initiatives, managing budgets, and delivering measurable business outcomes across Adobe Experience Cloud and CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, CX, MarTech or enterprise tech.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform.
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Target, Campaign or Experience Manager.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Target, Campaign or Experience Manager.
Strong understanding of MarTech architectures, customer data, personalization and marketing automation.
Salesforce experience, particularly Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is highly preferred.
Strong business development and executive stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing financials, budgets, staffing, risks and delivery across multiple engagements.
Advanced English.
