Responsibilities

• Lead Cluster Commercial Quality org and support to handling, storage, distribution to ensure proactive QA.
• Develop strategic and process performance measures/targets.
• Manage CAPA and risk management processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Oversee SOPs to ensure standardization and education across countries.
• Act as a key business partner for quality and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance to applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot quality issues via statistical analysis and process tools.
• Present case studies and metrics to Cluster Leadership.
• Coordinate internal and 2nd party audits as needed.
• Lead the management review process as Management Representative and propose improvements.
• Drive complaint vigilance with timely reporting and closure of product-related cases.
• Understand MOH and ISO regulatory requirements relevant to the markets.
• Ensure compliance with J&J policies at warehouses/distributors.
• Collaborate with cross-segment leadership to sustain QMS initiatives.
• Manage Pharmacovigilance and Post Market Surveillance within the cluster.
