Dematic is seeking a Professional Controls Engineer to join the Lifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) Modernizations and Upgrades team in Monterrey, MX. You will design schematics and control panels, select hardware/software, and drive project execution across sites in the USA with up to 50% travel.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years of related experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and PLC platforms (Rockwell or Siemens).

Formación

BS/BA in electrical engineering or advanced degree.
4+ years of successful experience in related field.
Experience leading the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software, including documentation and forecasting.
Demonstrates knowledge of AutoCAD and PLCs (Rockwell or Siemens).
Knowledgeable in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety.

Responsabilidades

Complete the design of schematics and control panels.
Perform full range of standard work for the professional field.
Provide support in material specification, schematic preparation, BOM development, and follow-up.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks; meet deadlines and deliverables.
Lead ideas to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform site audits and on-site commissioning activities independently or with a team.
Coordinate with field engineering, mechanical & controls for project execution.
Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced engineers.
