RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Linux End User Computing to establish and support a secure Linux endpoint environment at our Mexico office.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable Linux solutions and ensure enterprise-grade endpoint management across all devices. The role emphasizes automation, security controls, and ongoing administration, with on-call rotation and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver a consistent end-user

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with endpoint OS support and engineering.
• Strong experience with Linux including RHEL/Ubuntu/Rocky Linux.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint environments and EPM solutions.
• Experience with Intune, ManageEngine, JAMF or similar.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, PowerShell).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Linux endpoint strategy, standards, and support model.
• Administer and support Linux OS across enterprise devices.
• Implement endpoint management using Intune, ManageEngine, and JAMF.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
