Luxoft seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and development/test infrastructure for automotive software. You will own technical delivery across distributed teams, implement IaC, and drive reliability improvements.

You will collaborate with software and test engineers to optimize workflows, automate testing integration, and ensure secure, scalable CI environments. Strong debugging and scripting skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Git/version-control knowledge and workflows.
• Proficient in Python and/or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiar with Linux command-line tools and containerized environments.
• Experience integrating automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work with distributed engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automotive software.
• Automate build, integration, testing, deployment, and reporting processes.
• Develop CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• Manage and optimize build and test environments for distributed teams.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (software, integration, system).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC principles.
• Develop scripts/tools using Python or Bash.
• Configure and maintain build agents, runners, VMs, containers, CI infra.
• Monitor pipeline performance and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, infra, connectivity issues.
• Maintain test-result collection, logging, and traceability.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, leads to improve workflows.
• Establish branching, versioning, artifact management, releases.
