This remote position requires expertise in billing processes, knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local standards, and proficiency in English and Spanish. The successful candidate will assist with month-end closing, manage payroll files, and prepare reconciliations. Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting for LATAM countries.
• Experience as former regional support across multiple countries.
• Experience with financial audits and month-end close processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with month-end close and preparation of journal entries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile US GAAP financial statements to local GAAP.

Conocimientos

Expertise in billing and accounting processes for Mexico

Proficiency in English

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Good understanding of U.S. GAAP

Fluent in Spanish

Educación

College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

CPA or local equivalent
