Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical, Food Engineering or related).
Advanced English proficiency required.
Minimum 10 years in lab, testing and validation, thermo-fluid development or related roles.
Experience in refrigeration, HVAC or heat exchanger manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate R&D testing activities (thermal, sound, vibration, electrical, airflow, pressure drop) per standards and procedures.
Oversee testing reports and laboratory deliverables.
Support prototype preparation and installation activities.
Lead Testing & Validation Engineers and Laboratory Technicians.
Manage calibration of sensors and lab equipment; coordinate with Metrology.
Drive documentation, risk assessments, KPIs and continuous improvement.
Ensure safety and proper PPE use, and environmental compliance.
