Job summary

Crowe Global is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Security Engineer & AI Automation to design and implement security controls for Kubernetes and cloud-native workloads. You will work across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and GKE to enforce network policies and workload isolation, while building automation using Python and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud security/DevSecOps or platform security experience with hands-on Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes network policies, workload isolation, and access controls.
• Experience securing Kubernetes clusters across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, or Google GKE.
• Scripting experience with Python or similar automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native workloads.
• Develop and enforce Kubernetes network policies, microsegmentation, and service-to-service security.
• Secure Kubernetes environments across major cloud platforms (AWS EKS, Azure AKS, GKE).
• Implement and manage security technologies like Cilium, Calico, Istio, or equivalents.
• Strengthen workload identity, mTLS, access controls, and network segmentation.
• Develop automation workflows and API integrations to improve security monitoring and remediation.
• Collaborate with platform, cloud, and infra teams to improve security posture.
