Molex is seeking a Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect to advance global supply chain planning. You will partner with business and IT to design scalable Kinaxis-based solutions across demand, supply, capacity, and S&OP processes.

You will lead workshops, architect planning capabilities, and guide Kinaxis integration with ERP while driving continuous improvement across a complex manufacturing network.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain planning and advanced planning solutions across S&OP, demand and supply planning.
• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro experience: design, configuration, data modeling, troubleshooting and production support.
• Knowledge of SAP planning and MRP concepts; experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications and support delivery through testing and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops and planning initiatives to identify opportunities that improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Architect and enhance global S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and execution-related capabilities in Kinaxis.
• Design and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro solutions to improve decision-making and planning visibility.
• Guide integration strategies between Kinaxis and ERP platforms for reliable planning data.
• Drive solution delivery through design, testing, deployment, hypercare and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging Kinaxis capabilities to shape the future planning roadmap.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science
