EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Automation Tester in Java to join a mature team with an established automation framework. You will contribute to both manual and automation testing efforts while expanding the existing test suite.

Responsibilities include writing test plans, developing test cases across functional, integration, and acceptance testing, and integrating automation tasks within a DevOps pipeline. Strong communication and English skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including test automation development or a combination of development and testing.
• Experience in REST testing, Selenium or similar automation tools.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts to ensure systems meet acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of manual testing at a good level.
• Experience integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Write test plans to support development efforts.
• Develop functional, integration and acceptance test cases.
• Automate test cases for regression, functional and smoke testing.
• Plan and execute automation tasks while ensuring testing standards are followed within the team.
• Integrate test cycles with the DevOps pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues creatively and efficiently.
• Automate testing for back-end services (REST APIs) and front-end components.
• Document and report defects.
• Manage test data and test environments.
• Manage test script versioning.
