• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops and implements automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of operations.
• Maintains documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Performs maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
• Implements security measures, data backup procedures, and redundancy configurations.
• Works with cross-functional teams to support integration of hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
