Lyra Health is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Manager for Lyra International, focusing on Mexico and Spain. The role is based in Mexico with an in-office requirement of at least 2 days a week at Colonia Nápoles.

You will facilitate international salary payments, handle payroll tasks and queries, and manage on-boarding in Deel, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across regions.

Formación

• 4–5 years in payroll administration.
• International payroll experience is essential.
• Experience with European payrolls or Canada is beneficial.
• Advanced English required.
• Workday integration experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payrolls on an international basis.
• Assist with payroll tasks and employee payroll queries.
• Onboard new hires in the Deel platform.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in systems.
• Support payroll tickets in Workday.
• Keep documents up to date on Google Drive.
• Prepare monthly statutory reports and management reports.
• Assist with payroll implementation projects for global entities.
• Support payroll integration with Workday.
