Johnson Matthey in Querétaro seeks an Internal Control and Compliance Manager to lead internal processes and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with the finance team as the owner of the balance sheet, maintaining accuracy and valuation across operations.

The role requires auditing and tax expertise; you will supervise a small team and collaborate with Controllership to maintain integrity while supporting a hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in auditing, internal control and compliance; solid tax law background.
• 3–4+ years PQE as a finance professional capable of leading a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and improve internal processes to ensure compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
• Own the statutory requirements of the local entity, both legal and financial.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to maintain an effective control environment.
