Klar in Mexico City is seeking an experienced internal auditor to join our internal audit team. This full-time role offers a hybrid model with in-office presence 2–3 days per week, based in our Mexico City office.

You will conduct fieldwork, prepare final reports, and collaborate with risk and compliance to strengthen controls. We value a strong analytical mindset, knowledge of banking regulations, and 5+ years in finance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of financial market regulations, including Mexican Banking and SOFIPO regulations, GRC frameworks, and issue management.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in audit fieldwork and produce final reports with the team.
• Present and analyze audit reports with involved areas.
• Lead audits per the annual program and ad hoc needs.
• Develop and optimize data visualization and analysis tools for audits.
• Identify issues and discuss with stakeholders and follow up on action plans.
• Contribute to annual risk assessment and audit planning.
