Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering focusing on the insurance domain.
- Experience developing and modernizing policy administration, claims, and underwriting systems.
- Advanced backend stack experience and legacy modernization.
- Knowledge of life, P&C, and commercial auto sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Design and evolve scalable backend services for policy administration and claims management.
- Lead legacy modernization initiatives to transition core insurance platforms to modern architectures.
