Flex is seeking a Sr Industrial Engineer located in Juarez Sur to support our extraordinary teams that build great products. The role involves coordinating process planning for NPI, analyzing workflow, and driving improvements in throughput and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will have Advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and experience working with management to implement plans and cost analyses, with familiarity in LEAN, automation and/or 6Sigma initiatives.

Formación

Advanced English required.
Bachelor’s degree typically required.
Experience collaborating with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Design or improve systems for production planning and control to coordinate activities and ensure quality.
Experience with LEAN, Automation and/or 6Sigma projects is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Provide process time estimations and input to process engineers.
Coordinate process planning and setup for NPIs with respect to takt, cycle time, and direct labor.
Review results from prototyping and trials and feed back to NPI and sales.
Develop labor utilization standards through work measurement and data analysis.
Identify methods to improve throughput, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
