To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

The Senior Industrial Engineer role involves responsibilities for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides process time estimation to the quote team based on manufacturing simulations.
• AutoCad 2D design of operations, stations, cabins, etc.
• Work measurement programs and examines work samples to develop material flow.
• Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Designs or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations.
• Supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like Lean, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree.
• Up to 7 years of experience in a similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience using the following tools:
• May require various PCBA operations.
• Knowledge on Autocad.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
