Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Ignition Support Lead to steer enterprise-scale MES and SCADA projects on the Ignition platform. You will define architectures, guide deployments, and serve as the primary technical contact for manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.

Formación

• 10+ years in Industrial Automation, MES or SCADA environments.
• Experience architecting and supporting large Ignition deployments with 100,000+ tags.
• Hands-on Ignition architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience leading support and implementation teams in manufacturing.
• Experience managing critical incidents and production support.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-scale Ignition SCADA and MES support programs.
• Serve as the primary technical lead and escalation point.
• Design and architect Ignition-based manufacturing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing systems.
• Support MES implementations using Sepasoft.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, architects and SMEs.
• Lead troubleshooting for high-priority production incidents.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and Ignition specialists.
• Advise on modernization opportunities using Industry 4.0 and AI.
