McDonald’s Global Technology in Mexico City is seeking a Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) Specialist on our Identity and Access Engineering team to strengthen our automated testing and secure identity platform.

You will design test strategies, implement scalable automation, extend test cases and collaborate with developers, product managers and project managers to ensure quality and release readiness across a global organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development/engineering experience with OO frameworks and web technologies.
• 1+ year of experience developing test automation for software applications.
• Expertise with Selenium, Playwright or other end-to-end test automation frameworks.
• Experience in frontend (Blazor, React) and backend (C#/.NET) testing strategies.
• Experience with API and UI manual plus automated testing.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/test pipelines (Docker, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure Pipelines, Visual Studio IDE, GIT, Postman or SOAP UI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across remote/global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Help design and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans and quality metrics.
• Implement robust, scalable, high-quality test automation solutions and frameworks.
• Develop and extend automated test cases and related documentation.
• Analyze applications to identify key areas for automation.
• Manage test cases and track coverage of requirements.
• Influence dashboards for engineering quality, test health, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, product and project managers to meet quality requirements.
• Fix and resolve technical issues related to IAM platform components.
