Job summary

TE Connectivity project management team seeks a capable Project Manager Business II to drive cross-functional projects in a hybrid environment in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. You will coordinate diverse teams and ensure delivery from inception to implementation.

The role requires 3+ years in PMO with a total 5-7 years in engineering/PM, strong MS Project skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting timelines and budgets. Travel 10-25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering - Mech / Automobile / Industrial Engineering / Tool Design.
• Demonstrated experience in Engineering assignments, eg. automotive, components, mechatronics.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PMO, overall experience 5-7 years.
• Strong and through knowledge of project management tools (MS Project).
• Ability to set goals and motivate team members.
• Capable to run multiple projects concurrently.
• Proactive, resilient and self-confident.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise between PM, planning, project teams and line management.
• Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with PM, line managers, and clients.
