Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services professional to support US, Canada, and Mexico processes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will coordinate daily operations, escalate Tier 2 inquiries, apply HR policies, generate reports and audits, maintain SOPs, and partner with Field HR and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely service across the employee lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations, focusing on North American processes.
• Experience with Workday or other cloud-based HRIS; familiarity with case management tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subject matter expertise on U.S., Canada, and Mexico HR processes.
• Coordinate daily operation and support the Sr. Manager, People Services, Americas in delivery.
• Act as the first escalation point for Analyst, People Services on Tier 2 inquiries and process execution issues.
• Apply HR policies and procedures to resolve cases accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Generate reports, data files, and audits as required by internal stakeholders or third-party vendors.
• Maintain Knowledge Base by keeping SOP documentation up to date and by training People Services team members in changes to HR processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to Global Process Experts of relevant areas, in alignment with global frameworks.
