Johnson & Johnson in Juarez City is seeking a Senior Health Authority Reporting Analyst to manage regulatory reporting for healthcare products. You will lead complaint investigations, ensure MDR/MDV determinations, and coordinate with multiple business units to meet FDA, EU, and regional guidelines.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent English with written English at B2 standard.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer support and maintain product knowledge.
• Assess, process, and close complaint files per CQ requirements and MDR/MDV decisions.
• Make regulatory reporting determinations for one or more Business Units.
• File Medwatch and MDV forms within required timelines as applicable.
• Lead or support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
