Ellucian Company L.P. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Mexico, Puebla, San Andrés Cholula. This role supports a global marketing organization by translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives across digital assets, presentations, and video content. You will manage various projects while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS environments, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and skilled in creating high-level presentations and video content.

About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact role supporting a global marketing organization, where you’ll help bring our brand, solutions, and stories to life for a global audience. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives across presentations, digital assets, and video content. You’ll partner closely with the product team and cross-functional stakeholders to create polished, high-quality designs that support go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful creative work while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Where You Will Make an Impact

• Design complex marketecture diagrams and visual frameworks that clearly communicate product and solution value
• Create high-quality executive presentations (keynotes) that support storytelling, sales, and leadership communications
• Develop a range of marketing assets, including one-pagers, digital content, and campaign materials
• Edit and produce video content to support marketing initiatives and storytelling
• Leverage AI-powered creative and productivity tools to accelerate concept development, streamline workflows, and enhance design quality across marketing deliverables
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years proven experience designing complex marketecture diagrams and visual frameworks for B2B or SaaS environments
• Strong presentation design skills, including executive-level keynote presentations
• Experience editing and producing video content for marketing or storytelling purposes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with Figma and modern design workflows
• Proficiency using AI-enabled creative and productivity tools (such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) to support ideation, content creation, visual storytelling, and workflow optimization
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Strong understanding of brand systems and experience maintaining consistency across channels
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong English communication skills and experience working with distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for US-based B2B or SaaS companies
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Familiarity with sales or marketing content (presentations, one-pagers, campaign assets)
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas
• Background in higher education, ERP, or similar industries
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools for creative experimentation, rapid prototyping, or multimedia production
