Vertiv is seeking a senior Logistics and Distribution leader to steer shipping, receiving and storage activities across multiple sites. You will coordinate inbound and outbound flows, monitor performance, ensure compliance with safety and cross‑border regulations, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in distribution within global manufacturing, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 5+ years distribution in a global manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or other manufacturing/purchasing systems.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shipping, receiving and material storage across multiple areas/locations.
• Coordinate inbound material and finished goods, schedule deliveries and ensure outbound shipments meet quality standards.
• Set performance goals and develop action plans for shipping and material handling departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to minimize injuries and material damage.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects in logistics and warehouse operations.
