Polaris Industries, Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Senior Sourcing Lead to drive end-to-end strategic sourcing across global categories, delivering long-term value and cost optimization.

You will shape sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and mitigate risk in a complex, dynamic environment. The role leads RFX development, negotiations, contracting, and implementation, collaborating with Legal and cross-functional teams, while mentoring peers and supporting ESG and compliance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and managing high-value contracts.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities: opportunity assessment, RFX development, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with business, financial and risk objectives.
• Identify cost-saving, value engineering and supply assurance opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure contract compliance and protect company interests.
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements and capability-building efforts.
