Polaris Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, invites a Sourcing Intern to support Global Strategic Sourcing initiatives with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to supply chain efficiency through data analysis, project support, supplier performance tracking, and documenting best practices.

This role collaborates with Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, and Engineering teams and develops recovery plans and supplier scorecards as part of hands-on learning.

Formación

• Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support supply chain projects with domestic and international suppliers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain supplier action registers and follow up on corrective actions.
• Develop and manage recovery plans and tracking reports for suppliers.
• Analyze supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
• Support item balance reviews, including MOQ, lead times, planning profiles.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation and process improvements.
• Provide reporting and analytical support for special sourcing projects.
