NextGen Ventures in Monterrey seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core platform powering sportsbook and casino experiences end to end. You will work across backend systems and user-facing applications, translating product concepts into scalable APIs and robust data flows.

This hands-on senior role requires fast delivery, clear communication, mentoring others, and a holistic view of product, reliability, and maintainability.

Formación

• Experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems in Python or similar.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience owning full lifecycle of a feature in production.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and drive architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and design.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end features across backend and frontend using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable APIs and backend components for web, mobile, and third parties.
• Develop user-facing features in React/Next.js with performance focus.
• Collaborate with product/design/security/compliance and data teams.
• Contribute to component library and design system.
• Develop data pipelines powering analytics, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
• Champion security/compliance and mitigate risks.
• Participate in incident response, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar.
• Influence product direction from first principles.
