Glencore IT Function Mexico City is seeking a full-stack developer for our Mexico office. The role requires broad, modern skill sets and a proven track record in enterprise-grade development, preferably with exposure to commodity or financial trading sectors.

Key duties include delivering robust solutions in a Scrum environment, designing and enhancing applications, and ensuring code quality through reviews and unit testing. Collaboration with the team, managers, and leads is essential.

Formación

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years' experience designing and developing applications in a Scrum team.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to technical problems.

Responsabilidades

• Full stack development within a Scrum team to deliver robust enterprise-wide solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance and maintain applications using coding standards and quality targets.
• Ensure quality via code reviews and thorough unit testing.
• Liaise with the scrum team, project teams, line manager and development lead to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to development and implementation of software development best practices.
